Job Description :

  • To increase business by deepening existing client relationships.
  • To acquire new HNI clients and pursue new leads and prospecting.
  • Organizing customer meets / workshops involving presentations.
  • After acquiring client, analyzing client information and preparing investment plans best suited to individual clients' requirements.
  • Suggesting appropriate investments and plans to clients by completing risk profiling and detailed analysis and planning and review of clients' current wealth and portfolio under the guidance of investment advisor.
  • Monitoring the portfolio of clients and rebalancing on need basis and suggesting entry and exit strategy for the investors under the guidance of investment advisor.
  • Providing clients with information on new and existing products and schemes under the guidance of investment advisor.
  • Keeping himself updated on the financial markets & products (Equities, Mutual Funds, Asset Allocation, Derivatives).
  • Co-owning the AUM and Revenue targets of the company.
  • Coordinating with client servicing teams to ensure implementation of investments plan

Candidate Profile :

  • This is a field job which involves travelling in the city, so should be able to take sales initiatives and operate independently.
  • Should have an excellent track record of sales performance and achievement of revenue targets.
  • Should be able to monitor and deliver results on his targets.
  • Should have NISM MF certification; NCFM/ IRDA/CFP/CPA etc. would be desirable.
  • Experience in the area of broking / investment advisory/ capital markets would be an advantage.
  • Should be able to understand stock markets, debt markets, mutual funds, insurance and other assets such as Gold, Real Estate, Commodities.
  • Should possess thorough understanding of all relevant taxation and other laws relating to investments.
  • Should possess high level of interpersonal skills & be an effective team player.
  • Should have very good numerical and analytical skills and flair for finance/ financial markets.

Qualification :  MBA/ post-graduation / any other professional qualification.

Experience : Relevant work experience of at least 3-4 years, sales experience as business development / relationship manager / advisor / planner

Salary : Salary will be commensurate with Industry standards, and will depend on work experience , educational qualifications and skills.
